We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
Refunds
All return requests must be initiated within 15 Days of the delivery date.
Please not items on sales cannot be returned.
We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged ,washed or altered any way. We do not accept returned items that do not meet the return criteria.
Our customer service team will provide you with our return address,(Please note that as we work with different suppliers each item might have a different address) and all return shipping fees are at customers own expense.You may use any delivery company you wish to, however please note due to covid-19 and time delays, we are not accepting items via regular post office.
Exchange
If you want to exchange an item , you will need to return your received packages for a refund and then place a new order.
