Refunds & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
Refunds
All return requests must be initiated within 14 Days of the delivery date.
Please note items on sales cannot be returned.
We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged ,washed or altered any way. We do not accept returned items that do not meet the return criteria.
Our customer service team will provide you with our return address,(Please note that as we work with different suppliers each item might have a different address) We will provide you with the return label. The return fee is 10$ for each order.
Exchange
If you want to exchange an item , you will need to return your received packages for a refund and then place a new order.
